Physiotherapy

Manual Therapy

This includes Physical Therapy’s version of massage, with focus on targeting the source of the pain, and soothing it away.  This can be painful but the results are worth the discomfort.

Our skilled clinicians use their hands to move your body and muscles in therapeutic ranges, while identifying and treating specific restrictions of joints and connective tissues. This is one of the most effective methods of auto injury treatment, and works for Work related injuries as well.

Therapeutic Exercise

Exercise should be difficult, not painful.  At IPT we start with foundational movements to build your stability, and progress you into advanced resistance and movement when you are ready.

Starting with a solid foundation of stability and flexibility is the key for pain-free movement.

Our extensive experience in exercise development and progression allows us to design a program specifically to fit your needs.
